Does it work?

Yes, we have a excellent success rate with treatment for a range of complaints but don’t just take our word for it, visit our testimonial page to hear what our patients have to say.

I had back and neck pain causing stiffness headaches and sleepless nights. After treatment the pain stiffness and headaches have reduced significantly. My everyday life has become much more comfortable (work and exercise). I also sleep better which has improved my mood and my energy levels. I’m very grateful for the treatment I have received..

I’ve had chiropractic/ osteopathy/ physiotherapy before with no improvement, can you still help me?

Every practitioner treats differently, even within professions. Our extensive experience, combined with our unique and comprehensive approach means we often find success treating patients for whom other therapies have failed.

I’ve got arthritis, had surgery or been told that I just have to live with it, is there anything you can do?

Unfortunately patients with long-standing or complex complaints are often told that there is nothing that can be done for them. However, this is not always the case. We have seen many, many patients (including those with arthritis, after surgeries or with chronic histories of pain) who have been told just that, but with a thorough assessment, targeted treatments and a little hard work it’s very rare that we do not see improvement.

Does it hurt?

Patients may, occasionally, experience some soreness, stiffness or aching, just as they might after exercise. Soreness is typically mild and usually fades within 24 hours.

Is it safe?

Yes. All treatments at Dynamic Health are extremely safe. Physiotherapy has an excellent safety record and any associated treatment risks are very small.

Do I need a referral?

A doctor’s referral isn’t necessary although we do find that many of our patients are referred for treatment by their GP. If you are referred by your GP or consultant please bring with you a copy of the referral letter and the written report of any X-ray or MRI related to your injury.

How much does it cost?

We like to keep things simple. We don’t sell packages or programs. You will only pay for treatment you receive. See the pricing page for more details.

Is physiotherapy treatment covered by my health insurance company?

Physiotherapy at Dynamic Health is covered by all major insurance groups (with the exception of Bupa). This includes AXA PPP, Simply Health, WPA and Aviva.

How many sessions will I need?

After the examination we will outline your recommended treatment plan. How much treatment, help and advice you ultimately receive is completely up to you.
