Pilates at Home Video Series

Our fantastic Pilates instructor, Carol, has kindly offered to create a series of free video classes that patients can perform at home to help us keep mobile, fit and strong over the coming weeks and months.

We have made our videos free for all who need them as we know this crisis has resulted in a tight financial time for many. However, some of you have made the kind offer of a contribution towards the running of the online classes whilst Carol is away from the studio. Please don’t feel obliged to but if you would like to do so follow the instructions below.
