Peter studied at what is now the International College of Osteopathic Medicine in Surrey, graduating in 2000. He has spent over 20 years in private practice, working in multi-disciplinary practices and his own clinic, before spending the last 2 years working in Malta. As well as practising osteopathy, Peter has been involved in Osteopathic Education for 15 years: as a lecturer, Head of Clinical Training and Clinical Examiner in both the UK and Italy.
Peter has experience treating and working with a wide variety of patients. His focus is to help patients achieve their goals, whether it’s short or long term pain relief, improved movement, performance, or injury prevention. His approach is to address the presenting problems, but also to understand the cause and provide long term solutions.
Peter has extensive experience treating athletes, from amateur to elite and Olympic level. He uses a range of approaches, including hands on treatment, exercise & Pilates based rehabilitation, acupuncture & massage techniques.
“Peter is an amazing and very empathetic osteopath. Having had many sessions with osteopaths over the years, I can highly recommend his treatment as being one of the best. His experience and knowledge shines through, and what would normally take an hour for some osteopaths was achieved in half an hour. Thank you so much!

Every practitioner treats differently, even within professions. Our extensive experience, combined with our unique and comprehensive approach means we often find success treating patients for whom other therapies have failed.
Unfortunately patients with long-standing or complex complaints are often told that there is nothing that can be done for them. However, this is not always the case. We have seen many, many patients (including those with arthritis, after surgeries or with chronic histories of pain) who have been told just that, but with a thorough assessment, targeted treatments and a little hard work it’s very rare that we do not see improvement.
Patients may, occasionally, experience some soreness, stiffness or aching, just as they might after exercise. Soreness is typically mild and usually fades within 24 hours.
No, you don’t have to be. Joint adjustments (a form of treatment associated with a clicking noise) is often a primary treatment of choice due to its effectiveness and safety. However, we use a range of effective treatment strategies and can tailor the treatment to your preferences. So, if you would prefer not to be adjusted (or ‘clicked’) that is not a problem.
Yes. All treatments at Dynamic Health are extremely safe. Osteopathy is widely recognised as an extremely safe, non-invasive option for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal (nerve, muscle and joint) complaints. No health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects but osteopathy does have an excellent safety record and any associated risks are very small .
No. A doctor’s referral isn’t necessary although we do find that many of our patients are referred for treatment by their GPs. Our patients are initially assessed by a Chiropractor or Osteopath who are ‘primary care practitioners’ which means that they are specifically trained to provide first-contact for a patient with an undiagnosed health concern. They can then determine which treatment will be most suitable and effective.
We like to keep things simple. We don’t sell packages or programs. You will only pay for treatment you receive. See the pricing page for more details. But first, why not come in for a free, no risk, and no obligation consultation to see if you are a candidate for osteopathic care.
After the examination we will outline your recommended treatment plan. How much treatment, help and advice you ultimately receive is completely up to you.
