Are you tired of injuries getting in your way?

Don’t Suffer Any Longer...

We understand how tiring injury can be and how frustrating it is when it stops you doing what you love. But, more importantly, we understand how to treat it.

Our unique, comprehensive and individualised approach finds and effectively addresses the root cause of your problem to get you out of pain and stop it coming back.

With pain out of the picture you can finally get back to doing what you best – in the pool, on the pitch or at the track.

If you are looking for...

  • Less Pain
  • Less Stiffness
  • More Mobility
  • Greater Strength
  • Injury Prevention
  • Effective Injury Recovery

... then Dynamic Health is the clinic for you.

I suffered chronic lower back pain making it difficult for me to play golf. Past experience with previous chiropractors and physios had left me fairly cynical about their ability to solve my problem, so my expectations were low. But thanks to the treatment and the exercises I was given the condition of my back has improved significantly and is gradually getting stronger. I can now play golf regularly and increasingly without post round stiffness and pain.

I would absolutely recommend treatment... I will forever be grateful for his help in getting me back on the golf course..

Alison-Francis

I attended the clinic due to pain in my lower back that I had had for over a year. It was my last resource, as I had tried a lot of things before but it was definitely the best thing for me. I felt listened to and taken seriously and I'm now more or less pain free. I can now do all the things I like again, like dancing and walking. That's just great!.

What does treatment involve?

Treatment is tailored specifically for you, your condition and your goals. We incorporate manual treatments (chiropractic, taping and soft tissue approaches) alongside expert exercise rehabilitation and management of nutrition, sleep and stress. Our custom designed clinic and studio provides everything you need so you can simply concentrate on getting back to your best.

Does it work?

Yes, we have successfully used this approach in the treatment of athletes of all levels from international competitors such as GB cyclists and England badminton players to everyday weekend warriors .

I’ve had chiropractic/ osteopathy/ physiotherapy before with no improvement, can you still help me?

Every practitioner treats differently, even within professions. Our extensive experience, combined with our unique and comprehensive approach means we often find success treating patients for whom other therapies have failed.

I’ve got arthritis, had surgery or been told that I just have to live with it, is there anything you can do?

Unfortunately patients with long-standing or complex complaints are often told that there is nothing that can be done for them. However, this is not always the case. We have seen many, many patients (including those with arthritis, after surgeries or with chronic histories of pain) who have been told just that, but with a thorough assessment, targeted treatments and a little hard work it’s very rare that we do not see improvement.

Lianne-Barnard

... My only hesitation before attending was whether my problem was possible to fix as I'd suffered for a long time. However after treatment most of the time I'm completely free of pain... I feel the treatment has been very successful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Lianne Barnard

Does it hurt?

Patients may, occasionally, experience some soreness, stiffness or aching, just as they might after exercise. Soreness is typically mild and usually fades within 24 hours.

Alison-Francis

...I was initially worried it may hurt to have treatment especially as I was already in so much pain but after the initial treatment I had no hesitations at all...

Do I have to be 'clicked'?

No, you don’t have to be. Joint adjustments (a form of treatment associated with a clicking noise) is often a primary treatment of choice due to its effectiveness and safety. However, we use a range of effective sports injury treatment strategies and can tailor the treatment to your preferences. So, if you would prefer not to be adjusted (or ‘clicked’) that is not a problem.

Is it safe?

Yes. All treatments at Dynamic Health are extremely safe. Chiropractic is widely recognised as one of the safest, drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal (nerve, muscle and joint) complaints. No health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects but chiropractic does have an excellent safety record and any associated risks are very small.

Do I need a referral?

No. A doctor’s referral isn’t necessary although we do find that many of our patients are referred for treatment by their GPs. All of our patients are initially assessed by a chiropractor who is a ‘primary care practitioner’ which means that he/she is specifically trained to provide first-contact for a patient with an undiagnosed health concern. The chiropractor can then determine which treatment will be most suitable and effective.

How much does it cost?

We like to keep things simple. We don’t sell packages or programs. You will only pay for treatment you receive. See the pricing page for more details. But first, why not come in for a free, no risk, and no obligation consultation to see if you are a candidate for chiropractic care.

Do I need to keep coming back in for treatments?

After the examination we will outline your recommended treatment plan. How much treatment, help and advice you ultimately receive is completely up to you.
