…I had no idea what to expect, so with some reservation I made an appointment but that is where it ended. I was quickly made to feel comfortable and that there should be no hesitations.
The pain, stiffness and numbness have now all gone and mobility is almost back to normal. With continued exercises and management the improvement is considerable. I specifically liked the feeling that everything is achievable and manageable, therefore knowing that continual improvement was going to be the case.

We also provide exercise rehabilitation in the form of home programs or small-group classes in our onsite studio with our expert trainers.

Every practitioner treats differently, even within professions. Our extensive experience, combined with our unique and comprehensive approach means we often find success treating patients for whom other therapies have failed.
“I suffered chronic lower back pain making it difficult for me to play golf. Past experience with previous chiropractors and physios had left me fairly cynical about their ability to solve my problem so my expectations were low. But thanks to the treatment and the exercises I was given the condition of my back has improved significantly and is gradually getting stronger. I can now play golf regularly and increasingly without post round stiffness and pain. I would absolutely recommend treatment.

Unfortunately patients with long-standing or complex complaints are often told that there is nothing that can be done for them. However, this is not always the case. We have seen many, many patients (including those with arthritis, after surgeries or with chronic histories of pain) who have been told just that, but with a thorough assessment, targeted treatments and a little hard work it’s very rare that we do not see improvement.
“... My only hesitation before attending was whether my problem was possible to fix as I'd suffered for a long time. However after treatment most of the time I'm completely free of pain... I feel the treatment has been very successful and I would recommend it to anyone.
Lianne Barnard
Patients may, occasionally, experience some soreness, stiffness or aching, just as they might after exercise. Soreness is typically mild and usually fades within 24 hours.
“...I was initially worried it may hurt to have treatment especially as I was already in so much pain but after the initial treatment I had no hesitations at all...

No, you don’t have to be. Joint adjustments (a form of treatment associated with a clicking noise) is often a primary treatment of choice due to its effectiveness and safety. However, we use a range of effective shin splint treatment strategies and can tailor the treatment to your preferences. So, if you would prefer not to be adjusted (or ‘clicked’) that is not a problem.
Yes. All treatments at Dynamic Health are extremely safe. No health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects, but chiropractic, physiotherapy and osteopathy all have an excellent safety record, and any associated risks are very small..
No. A doctor’s referral isn’t necessary although we do find that many of our patients are referred for treatment by their GPs. Patients are initially assessed by a chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist who are specifically trained to provide first-contact for a patient with an undiagnosed health concern. The practitioner can then determine which treatment will be most suitable and effective.
We like to keep things simple. We don’t sell packages or programs. You will only pay for treatment you receive. See the pricing page for more details. But first, why not come in for a free, no risk, and no obligation consultation to see if you are a good candidate for care.
After the examination we will outline your recommended treatment plan. How much treatment, help and advice you ultimately receive is completely up to you.
