What is a spine and posture screen?
These free, no obligation screens will uncover any postural issues you may have and teach simple strategies that you can implement to make improvements.
What does a spine and posture screen involve?
The screen is made up of 2 parts. The first is a short questionnaire, and the second is a focused physical examination assessing the three key areas of the body with regards to posture.
The results of the screen will be discussed with you and, dependent on the findings, you will be given recommendations, resources or exercises to help make improvements.
